Urgent question reg parents visa

My parents visa got rejected on grounds 214b.

I am pregnant and now my friends say, I can say that am pregnant and have no help here and apply to the Indian embassy in the USA and they wud fax message to US consulate in India asking them to grant visa and this way may have been granted after rejection, is this true? Do u think I can do this?

If u have time reapply.my mum visa got rejected on nov and we replied on jan3rd and got 10yrs.usually pregnancy not a good reason they usually say hospital take good care.

My mother is getting visa for 2 months and now for 1 year. What should i do to get a 10 year visa. Is there any techniques. My mom is a principal of a school and she has ties back at home including property etc.

Please do reply to me what are the documents they prepared for the second time and what were the questions asked

We cannt do anything to get 10yrs visa.Its all upto the office.He told my mum he will give 6month but gave 10yrs.No special document or anything.Its upto them.

Firstattempt 1. they asked how many children u have?
she says one daughter and one son
2. Who is in USA?
Daughter
3. When ur husband died? thats all and rejected.

Second attempt. 1.Is ur son married?
2.What he do for living?
3.Do u have any grandchildren?
4.how much pension u r getting?
5. How long ur soninlaw working in usa?
6. when u r planning to go to usa?
7. When ur husband died?

My mum asked for 4months and told she has to be in india to take care of her grandson who is 2month old.The officer told he will give 6month and ask to pay the fees.

Today she got her passport with 10yrs stamping.We send exactly same papers told in this site.thats all.

In the letter to consulate we told she has to be there on may for this reasons in bold letters and he read that too itseems.
