affidavit in place of birth certificate

This may sound a stupid question. My parents dont have my birth cerificate. So we need to make affidavit of birth. Question is who makes it? me or my parents? :o

ofcourse, ur parents.

u can also get non availabilty cert. from village (municipal ) office.

please explain clearly about the birth certificate,because i too dont have Birth certi,i have time till April 1 week :cool: ,i can try my best.

if u are sure u can't have BC then u can get non availability cert from ur village or municipal office stating that. Also u can get affidavit from ur parents or relative stating that u are born on this and this date and he/she was present during that occation. Getting notarised copy of ur matriculation first page is also doable. Remember, these are just alternatives to BC.
