Hi ,
My mother got a multiple visa for 10 years in september but she dint come here yet nor we are planning in the near future, some of my frds told me that though its a 10 year multiple visa my mother neads to come here before she finishes her first 6 months or else she may have problem at the port of entry if she comes latter, is there any possibility as such? can any one suggest me so that i can try to make some travel arrangements for her if atall there any such rule.
