My parents 2 year visa is going to expire on 4/11/16. They visited once last year and planning to come again in March this year to stay for six months.
Meanwhile their passport has expired and got it renewed last month.
Is it a good idea to apply for a new visa, since the current one is valid only till April (they need to stay for six months) and also they have a new passport?
During their last visit, they came to California. This time they need to go directly to NewYork to my brother. Will that be a problem?
