Need Urgent Help In Visitor Visa

Hi,

My Mother-in-law (MIL) is scheduled to attend an Interview on 2nd Feb06. I have a job situation which is confusing me about the fate of the interview. Here it is.....

I am presently working on valid H1 stamping with company A and sent all my papers to my MIL for her visa interview. Recently I got an irresistible offer for company B who is asking me to join at the earliest. They are ready to file the H1 transfer soon I say yes. But, at any case, I won't be able to get the H1transfer approval paper in hand before my MIL's interview.

Will her visa get rejected if I join company B by Jan.06 and she can not produce my H1 transfer papers for company B??

Hi Meghsush,

if you have this jan 6 or beofre 6 paystub and last motn December paystubs
which are from Comapny A, then you can send those 2
paystubs to your mother in law,then you are defently safe.
