Visiting second time

My parents got 5 years visitor's visa in 2004 and they had visited USA then. They are planning to come again this year for 4 months. Do I need to send an I-134, invitation letter, my H-1 visa copies, bank statements etc.

Please advise on what documents should they carry this time ...

is their visa 5-year multiple entry? if yes then you dont have to send them anything. they can go to the USA anytime using their valid visa.
