I had applied for my mom-in-law 's visitor visa, first on 21 st may 2004 they live in hyd, but we did not get appointment in chennai so we had taken the appointment in delhi, as they had message posted chennai consulate website that we can take appointment in delhi, they refused her visitor visa saying we cannot approve for those living in hyderabad, There was some fraund agent he made her appear again on 22 nd may 2004 and made money on them, so it was like rejected 2 times, she again reapplied on jan 3 rd 2006, they refused saying, when your daughter is also working why is your son-in-law sponsoring you. so it is like third refusal, are there chances that, I can reapply for her, what all points will make my case strong. Any advises are highly appreciated .
