DS 156 form mis typed need help

Hi Murali/friends,

When i filled Ds 156 application form on Vfs site. i filled as main applicant my mom form perfectly. in add member (My DAD) i did mistake on Filling DS 156 form. there is State province Instead of Andhra pradesh i mistyped to Assam and another fault is passport essuing year is wrong. i tried to edit these fields on Vfs site. but i cant able to do it. now i already got visa appiontment date is on 3rd april. so i dont want to loose that date. reagrding this can u help me out. very thankful to u people.

U can't change passport details once entered. All u can do is to take a printout of the form and fill it manually. Keep this form with u (in addition to the online printout) when going for interview and let the officer know abt this.
