DS 156 form mis typed need help

Hi friends,

When i filled Ds 156 application form on Vfs site. i filled as main applicant my mom form perfectly. in add member (My DAD) i did mistake on Filling DS 156 form. there is State province Instead of Andhra pradesh i mistyped to Assam and another fault is passport essuing year is wrong. i tried to edit these fields on Vfs site. but i cant able to do it. now i already got visa appiontment date is on 3rd april. so i dont want to loose that date. reagrding this can u help me out. very thankful to u people.

Hi,
I did update my DS-156 form on the VFS site. You should see the following options.

Create a new application
Retrieve/ Modify a saved application
Download details of a confirmed appointment

Select Retrieve/ Modify a saved application and then click on DS-156 form link and then update and submit the form.

By the way, I think (not sure) that you can also correct the form using a pen after taking a printout.

Please check with VFS.
