how to track passport after visa is approved

My parents got their visa approved 2 days ago. I want to know if there is website to track their passports. Their appointment was taken through TTS.

By the way, I did try the "track passport delivery" link in the vfs website. I entered the passport number and it says "No record found. Kindly check your passport number "

Since the visa appointment was taken thru TTS, I am guessing there is another website where I can check the status. Please let me know.

u cannot track passports for tts appts - u wld get passports within a week of the interview by courier/speed post.

My parents interview was on 29th dec at 8.30 am. They got their passport on 31st dec at 2pm at Hyderabad. It was for 10 yrs, multiple.
