Urgent : Don't have the current 797

Hai All,

My parents have an appointment in Jan 1st week. Recently I had a job change and my new company has filed for my H1 transfer. So I don't have the I-797 B with the new company.

Will this affect my parents visa chances?? I do have the old I-797 which is valid till 2007.

You can use the receipt notice for interview which you can get from the employer
