Hi
Currently I am working on my EAD.My H1B visa ends on 01/29/2006. My I-94 on passport is valid till feb-8-2006.My EAD is valid till 09/14/2006.
Interview on 23rd jan, 2006
What are the neccessary documents that I need to send to the person I sponsor in India?
e.g. EAD, H1B approval, I-140, I-485 reciept... anything else..?
