Hello friends -- this is Dr.Munjampalli again and I am 27 years old and I would like to ask u an important question.

My relative is a well known Doctor and has been in the States for almost 30 years. He is sponsoring me for a visitors visa.

I have been rejected for my visa twice and so this time I am not going to take any chances.

I heard that if a citizen asks for a letter of no objection from a Senator for sponsoring me , the senator will give it and with it there is a very high chances of getting the visa.

So if anyone can please guide me in this regard I would be very greatful to u guys and also please mention what should be written in the letter.

Thanking you

Yours sincerly

Dr.Munjampalli

I think no letter will help you in getting visa (a visitor visa) unless you can prove them that you will defnitely come back to India after your trip. It might help your case but if you cannot prove that you will come back to India its not going to help. You should have a good documentation which shows your ties in India...that's how they look at visitor visas....

All the best...

Hi -- this is Dr.Munjampalli -- actually I am working in the Caribbean at a Med School and have a valid work permit and contract and a reasonable bank balance.

So now tell me if having all these will help with a Senators letter.

Thank u for ur prompt reply Mr.Reddy

ask ur sponsor to contact the local senator office. They have a standard format for these letters. I personally didn't get one so far.

But I don't think this letter will help you in any way...

Good luck
