Pl Help!! Visitor Visa

I am trying to bring my parents on B1 Visa... Heres what we have done so far..
- Got the receipt for HDFC and paid for VFS service
Now trying to schedule appointment via VFS website.
-- I say no to BEP user id (dont know what it means but pretty sure that I havent created any accounts.. so anyone who know what that is.. please share you knowledge)
-- The I check the box for 'Create New Application' >> What is the Receipt number on the page that follows?? Is it the receipt number for VFS ?? or the number for non-immigration visa receipt??
-- Do I need to fill this DS-156 and send the print out to them? or can they fill it when they go there and I can still schedule it.. I am very confused with this whole thing .. Please help..

The receipt no. is the HDFC receipt no. that you got after paying the visa fee.
Yes for online sceduling of appointment you have to fill up DS-156 and DS-157 too... after completing both the forms for one applicant you have the get the option of adding any more applicants name also. This will ensure that both of them get the same date. After completing both forms you get the option to select the appointment date. You have to take a printout back to back of the form to submit them at the centre.
