Rescheduling appointment..urgent

How many times I can reschedule an appointment. I noticed that first time I can reschedule but for the second time i have to cancel and schedule an appointment. Is this information correct..for the second time also can I reschedule the appointment without cancelling it.

u can reschedule only once. for second rescheduling u wil have to cancel the first appt. then create new application and select a date
