Hi Murali, all seniors and people who can help me:
1) My wife is going for H4 stamping at Mumbai on Jan 17 2006 and her visa is valid till Feb 14 2006 only. She would have only one month remaining on her visa at the time of stamping. Will this cause a problem? I have my H1 stamped till March as I travelled to India earlier. I would be completing 6 years of H1 in March and I have my green card application pending for over 2 years, hence eligible for H1B 1 year extensions. Please advice.
2) Also, my wife plans to arrive in US only 10 days before the expiry of her visa. My lawyer and employer have given letters stating their intention to file extension after we arrive in US. Would this cause a promlem at port of entry?
