I was in the US on a B1 visa from 1st Sept, 2001 to 15th Nov, 2001 - then since 3rd Feb, 2002 till date have been here on an L1 visa. I plan to go back to India end November, and if I've got my calculations right, am eligible for TR concessions. Please let me know if this is correct.
