H4 visa stamping help need

Hi all,

My wife is going for h4 stamping She is in India..But I dont have visa stamping in my passport.My visa stamping got expired but I have valid I797.I can get my visa stamped in passport inUS. Now I am working.Do I need to have stamping in my passport to get H4 visa for my wife from chennai.Please I need this information urgent.If anybody have Idea about this please help me.

Visa stamping is not required in your passport for your wife to go for H4 stamping. Just send your valid I797 copy and other related documents.
